Return and Exchange Policy
All of our dresses are customized dresses. This means that we tailor the Bridal/ Non-bridal dress especially for you! All of our dresses are made by our tailors who are well experienced. We follow the precise measurement details we get through video calls or the measurements provided by you as well as all the extra dress alteration requirements. We also leave a few extra inches of the fabric
in the seams part of the dress in case you gain/lose a few extra pounds. So the return and exchange of dresses is not possible.
In case of receiving a damaged item due to shipping
All products are bespoke and made-to-measure. Returns are not applicable unless the product has physical defect, eg, dress is torn (a reason like fitting issue etc won’t be entertained). We make all endeavors to deliver defect-free products. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The
defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to us within 24 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return.
We use extremely reliable methods of shipping the dress into you to make sure you receive the Dress in an excellent condition, just the way we made it! In the rare unfortunate event of a outfit damaged by shipping, take photos/video of the dress, include the Proof of Damage documentation from the courier and send us the Documents to info@siwangi-pradhan.com. Our team will closely look into the issue and if there is proof of damage, we will repair the product free of charge. Shipping charges shall be on customers account except for gross damage conditions on our behalf.
In case of receiving a dress with the wrong size/color
Our designers are very precise in creating dresses that are unique. If you follow the Instructions correctly during the measurement call, your measurements will be 100% the same! We always leave extra fabric inside the seams part of the dress as well to make sure there is some extra room of change. However, if the size we sent is absolutely wrong and is not for you, you will be entitled to exchange your outfit minus shipping the dress back to us. If the size is different due to wrong measurements given to us, we are sorry to let you know that we won’t be able to refund your order. A slight variation in color may appear between the screen resolution or lighting in the shoot and actual product. We ensure that the color of the dresses is identical to the original dress and therefore a minor variation color won’t qualify you for the demand for refunds or compensation.
Insurance for damages/ loss of item
There are rarest chances of the dress we ship getting damaged or it gets lost by the shipping company. We recommend you to choose the insurance option on our website while placing order. When you insure your product, we shall work with insurance company to get you compensation in case of any damage or loss. The final compensation will be decided by insurance company and we shall not be responsible for any claims.
Exchanges (if applicable)
